We are shipping from our warehouse in Austria via DHL Go Green to customers outside the EU & via DPD CO2 neutral-delivery to customers inside the EU.

Please consider an import tax for customers outside the EU.

The import tax is usually approximately 10-20% of the value of the parcel.

(this is calculated by the invoice + the shipment fee.)

For example, if you order a product for 100 euro  – and the shipment cost is 5 euro – the import tax office will be approximately 10-20% of this amount.
