Unlike other organic certifications, GOTS goes beyond appraising the organic farming process to independently certify the textile supply chain as a whole – covering processing, manufacturing, packaging, labelling, trading and distribution.

By incorporating GOTS certified organic cotton and wool into our collections, SHOHEI has committed to the elimination of pesticides and toxic substances, resource conservation, safe and hygienic working conditions and living wages. SHOHEI’s switch from conventional to organic is in support of environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing.
