At SHOHEI, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and responsibly.
We ship worldwide within 2–4 working days via DHL GoGreen, our carbon-compensated logistics partner.

  • Shipping within Japan and the EU is free of charge.
  • For all other destinations, a flat shipping rate of €38 applies, automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Import taxes and duties are fully handled by SHOHEI, so you can enjoy a seamless delivery experience.


    To help minimise unnecessary CO₂ emissions from returns, we kindly ask you to reply to the order confirmation email you’ll receive after purchase. This step allows us to confirm details such as fit, body measurements, and preferences, ensuring your item suits you perfectly before shipping.

    We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting a more sustainable way of experiencing fashion.


All in-stock items are dispatched from our Austrian warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order through the SHOHEI online store.

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days, depending on your location. In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 working days due to regional logistics or customs procedures.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Our made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces are crafted individually with great attention to detail.
Please allow approximately 2–6 weeks for delivery, depending on the specific style and production schedule.

We appreciate your patience and understanding — each garment is thoughtfully created to ensure lasting quality and a perfect fit.


Upon completing a purchase through SHOHEI-COLLECTION.com, you will receive an order confirmation along with the tracking information for your parcel.

  • International Orders (Outside the EU): Shipments are sent via DHL GoGreen.

  • European Union Orders: Shipments are delivered through Post.at (Austria), or DPD.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase within two to four working days


For on-demand, made-to-order items, delivery times are arranged individually and typically range from two to six weeks from the date the order is placed through SHOHEI’s online store.

    RETURNS & REFUND

    We hope you will be happy with everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

    SHOHEI offers a 14-day return policy.

    To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

    • Customers in Europe and Japan: Returns are free of charge.

    • Customers outside the EU: Returns will be arranged individually. Depending on the number of items purchased and the number of items to be returned, we will work with you to find the most suitable solution. Please note that return shipping costs for customers outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. SHOHEI will provide a DHL return label for your convenience.

    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We kindly ask that items are returned clean, unworn, and with all tags attached.
