At SHOHEI, we are committed to delivering your order with care, efficiency, and responsibility. All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL GoGreen, our carbon-compensated logistics partner.

Shipping within Japan and the EU is complimentary.
For all other destinations, a flat shipping fee of €38 applies and is automatically calculated at checkout. All import duties and taxes are fully covered by SHOHEI, ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery experience.

To help reduce unnecessary CO₂ emissions from returns, we kindly invite you to respond to the order confirmation email you receive after purchase. This allows us to confirm key details such as fit, body measurements, and personal preferences, helping to ensure your piece is just right before it is shipped.

We sincerely appreciate your support in embracing a more mindful and sustainable approach to fashion.

All in-stock items are dispatched from our Austrian warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are 2–4 working days, depending on your location. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 working days due to regional logistics or customs procedures.

Our Made-To-Order and Made-To-Measure pieces are crafted individually with exceptional care and attention to detail. Production timelines vary by style; please allow approximately 2–6 weeks for delivery.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding—each garment is thoughtfully created to ensure enduring quality and an impeccable fit.


Once your order is placed on SHOHEI-COLLECTION.com, you will receive an order confirmation email including tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

  • International orders (outside the EU) are shipped via DHL GoGreen

  • European Union orders are delivered via Post.at (Austria) or DPD, depending on destination

For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

For on-demand Made-To-Order pieces, delivery timelines are arranged individually and generally range between 2–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Refund & Returns

We hope you are delighted with your SHOHEI purchase. Should something not meet your expectations, we are here to guide you through the return process.

SHOHEI offers a 14-day return policy exclusively for customers in Austria and Japan. Due to the rising costs of international shipping and tariffs, we are currently unable to accept returns from other regions. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Customers in Austria & Japan

Returns are complimentary. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. We kindly ask that all items are returned clean, unworn, and complete with all tags.

Customers in the EU (excluding Austria) & outside the EU

At this time, we are unable to offer returns due to increased shipping and tariff costs. Thank you for your understanding.
