Made-to-order & made-to-measure items take 2-8 weeks for delivery.

Orders will be sent via DHL Go Green outside the EU.

We work with DPD for orders within the EU. The products ordered will arrive at your nominated shipping address within *two to four working days. (Click image icon to find out more)


For on demand MADE-TO-ORDER items we will negotiate individual delivery times, which generally vary from from two to eight weeks upon receiving the order via SHOHEI’s online store.

    We hope you will be happy with everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

    SHOHEI has a 14 days return-policy.

    All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
    We have free returns for customers based in Europe.

    For customers outside the EU we will negotiate individually. 
    However, the return for customers outside the EU is to pay for the return of the goods and we will provide a DHL return ticket. 

    We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
