RETURNS & REFUNDS

SHOHEI offers a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Customers in the EU and Japan: Returns are free of charge.

  • Customers outside the EU: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please ensure that items are returned clean, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Returns Policy

You may return, exchange, or request a refund for any item within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Please note that sale items are excluded from returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items in their original condition.

All items undergo quality control checks before dispatch. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are missing original tags may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns of goods purchased via SHOHEI-COLLECTION, we will refund the cost of the goods but retain the original shipping fee if the customer is located outside the EU or Japan. Customers outside these regions are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Example: If you purchased a shirt for €345 plus a shipping fee of €38, we will refund €345 for the shirt, while the original shipping fee and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

To initiate a return, please send us an email, and we will organize the return of your parcel to our office in Austria via DHL or DPD. A return label will be provided and sent to you by email, which you can print and attach to your return parcel.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, such as your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed by your bank, depending on their internal procedures. Processing times can vary between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this timeline.

Logistic Partners

We partner with DHL for global shipments and with DPD for all European orders. For deliveries within Austria and Japan, we also utilise Austrian POST and Japanese POST.
