SHOHEI has a 14 days return-policy.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
Our returns are free and easy. We hope you will be happy with everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.
We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
No return on sales items.
You may return, exchange or refund any item within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. We accept returns on all items, excluding sale items.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us in original condition.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
When returning goods purchased via SHOHEI-COLLECTION we will refund the fee of goods but keep the shipping fee for the return of goods.
F.E.: If you bought a shirt for Euro 345,- + shipping fee Euro 28,- we keep the shipping fee for the return of goods but will refund the Euro 345,-

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original credit card, PayPal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
We partner with DPD for all European orders and AUT POST / JP POST for all other orders
