SHOHEI has hosted a pop-up event at the ARTWORK SPACE in Vienna. 

Located just next to the famous MUSEUMS QUARTIER MQ we could always expect the most interesting and curious souls popping into our store.
 
The massive space, which was pretty hidden as it was inside a basement arch hall was welcoming guest from the pedestrian area with its beautiful backyard. Thus backyards are also very iconic for Vienna's architecture. 

The ARTWORK SPACE has probably been our most favourite place when hosting an event in Vienna. It's unfortunate that after the pandemic this space is no longer available. 

In March 2022 we have launched our Paris collection RESILIENCE to the public eye and had the honour to get sponsored by the premium wine company KATE & KON  💫

At SHOHEI, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and responsibly.
We ship worldwide within 2–4 working days via DHL GoGreen, our carbon-compensated logistics partner.

  • Shipping within Japan and Austria is free of charge.
  • Shipping within the EU a flat fee of €18 applies.
  • For all other destinations, a flat shipping rate of €38 applies, automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Import taxes and duties are fully handled by SHOHEI, so you can enjoy a seamless delivery experience.
  • Due to rising shipping costs we do not accept any returns other than inside the EU and Japan.

Satisfied or refunded

For customers in Austria, SHOHEI will arrange the return via DPD. You will receive a prepaid return label by email to print and attach to your parcel.

For customers in Japan, returns can be made via Japan Post. Return shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the item.

If you are unsure about sizing or fit prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us via live chat for personalised assistance—our team is happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Please note that free returns are currently available in Austria and Japan only. Due to rising shipping and tariff costs, we are unable to accept returns from outside the EU or Japan at this time.

Our Pre-Order service offers you the opportunity to receive a made-to-measure piece tailored specifically for you, while supporting a more responsible approach to fashion production.

The lead time for Pre-Order items is approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the design and production schedule.
There are no additional fees for our made-to-measure service.
