The SHOHEI collection consists of around 70% made-to-order pieces which can be also made-to-measure without any surcharges. All of our items are produced with our long-term manufacturer partner in Romania. 

This is not only a unique service but also a conscious approach to sustainability in the fashion industry, which is one of the biggest polluters of our planet. 

The leadtime for made-to-order pieces varies from 2-6 weeks delivered to your home. Save 10-20% for your pre-order and enjoy the luxury of receiving a product made with your preferences.   

Let us know your preferred sleeve hem, hem or shoulder width. 

Especially on our shirting section we have delivered a great experience to our clients so far. Some may want a size L shoulder width and to have a size M body fit. Everyone has their unique body-shape. SHOHEI is here to delivery your favourite shirt.

At SHOHEI, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and responsibly.
We ship worldwide within 2–4 working days via DHL GoGreen, our carbon-compensated logistics partner.

  • Shipping within Japan and Austria is free of charge.
  • Shipping within the EU a flat fee of €18 applies.
  • For all other destinations, a flat shipping rate of €38 applies, automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Import taxes and duties are fully handled by SHOHEI, so you can enjoy a seamless delivery experience.
  • Due to rising shipping costs we do not accept any returns other than inside the EU and Japan.

Satisfied or refunded

For customers in Austria, SHOHEI will arrange the return via DPD. You will receive a prepaid return label by email to print and attach to your parcel.

For customers in Japan, returns can be made via Japan Post. Return shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the item.

If you are unsure about sizing or fit prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us via live chat for personalised assistance—our team is happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Please note that free returns are currently available in Austria and Japan only. Due to rising shipping and tariff costs, we are unable to accept returns from outside the EU or Japan at this time.

Our Pre-Order service offers you the opportunity to receive a made-to-measure piece tailored specifically for you, while supporting a more responsible approach to fashion production.

Each item is crafted on demand, helping to reduce overproduction and textile waste, and ensuring thoughtful, sustainable creation.

The lead time for Pre-Order items is approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the design and production schedule.
There are no additional fees for our made-to-measure service.
