With a timeless design for all year round, the lightweight KYO JUMPER is made from extra fine merino wool (GOTS certified wool) using relief knitting technique.

We offer free shipping within the EU & Japan.

For customers outside the EU applies a shipping fee of Euro 38,-

There won’t be any additional costs such as import tax to be paid. We take care of a smooth delivery partnering with DHL or DPD depending on your location.

We use ‘DHL Go Green’ to help reduce the environmental impact of shipping and logistical operations. 

For returns we will provide you with a PDF to print out on your behalf.
Free returns and a prompt cash-back of your money is guaranteed.

Once the product is returned in an unworn and clean condition without any stains or other defects, the cash-back will be proceeded and takes minutes. Depending on your bank the money will return within 7-14 days.

We are shipping worldwide via DHL Go Green.

SHOHEI offers free shipping within the EU and Japan, with free returns available in Austria and Japan.

For all other EU countries a flat shipping fee of €18 applies. For destinations outside the EU, a flat shipping fee of €38 applies. There are no additional charges, including import duties or taxes. We take care of these for you.

Due to the high and constantly rising costs associated with logistic partners, we are currently only able to offer free returns within Austria and Japan. We truly appreciate your understanding and are continuously working to improve our services.

To help ensure the perfect fit, we are happy to provide detailed measurements or a personal fitting video upon request, allowing you to order with confidence.

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we partner with DHL, DPD, Japan Post and the Austrian Post, depending on your location.

We ship using DHL GoGreen, supporting reduced environmental impact across our logistics and delivery operations.

Should you wish to return an item, customers in Europe will receive a return label via email, to be printed by the customer.

For customers in Austria or Japan, returns may be arranged via Austrian/Japan Post. Upon receipt of the returned item, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Once the item is received in an unworn, clean condition, free from stains or defects, the refund will be processed immediately.

Depending on your bank, funds will appear within 7–30days.

Shipping within Japan and Austria is free of charge.
Shipping within the EU a flat fee of €18 applies.

Import taxes and duties are fully handled by SHOHEI, so you can enjoy a seamless delivery experience.

Satisfied or refunded

For customers in Austria, SHOHEI will arrange the return via DPD. You will receive a prepaid return label by email to print and attach to your parcel.

For customers in Japan, returns can be made via Japan Post. Return shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the item.

The lead time for Pre-Order items is approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the design and production schedule.
