Shipping within Japan and Austria is free of charge using Austrian/Japanese post.

For orders within the EU, a flat shipping fee of €18 applies.
For all other destinations, a flat rate of €38 is automatically calculated at checkout.

All import taxes and duties are covered by SHOHEI, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.


Returns & EU Consumer Rights_

For customers within the European Union, purchases made online are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day period. Items must then be returned in their original condition.

Unless otherwise stated, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.


Returns Outside the EU & Japan_

At this time, we are unable to accept returns from destinations outside the EU and Japan.
