We ship worldwide within 2–4 working days via DHL GoGreen, our carbon-compensated logistics partner.

  • Shipping within Japan and the EU is free of charge.
  • For all other destinations, a flat shipping rate of €38 applies, automatically calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

In the event that you wish to return an item, SHOHEI will arrange the return shipment via DHL for your convenience. You will receive a prepaid return label to print and attach to your parcel.

Please note that we currently offer free returns only within Europe and Japan. For customers outside these regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

The lead time for Pre-Order items is approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the design and production schedule.
