We are glad we had the chance to partner with the INNOVART SHOW pop-up event and to reunite with the city where it all started. Lisa Pek graduated from London College of Fashion (MA fashion & technology menswear) at the University of the Arts London. Just right after that she started working for Vivienne Westwood GOLD LABEL, and the iconic British Fashion Brand ALL SAINTS.

At SHOHEI, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and responsibly.
We ship worldwide within 2–4 working days via DHL GoGreen, our carbon-compensated logistics partner.

  • Shipping within Japan and Austria is free of charge.
  • Shipping within the EU a flat fee of €18 applies.
  • For all other destinations, a flat shipping rate of €38 applies, automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Import taxes and duties are fully handled by SHOHEI, so you can enjoy a seamless delivery experience.
  • Due to rising shipping costs we do not accept any returns other than inside the EU and Japan.

Satisfied or refunded

For customers in Austria, SHOHEI will arrange the return via DPD. You will receive a prepaid return label by email to print and attach to your parcel.

For customers in Japan, returns can be made via Japan Post. Return shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the item.

If you are unsure about sizing or fit prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us via live chat for personalised assistance—our team is happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Please note that free returns are currently available in Austria and Japan only. Due to rising shipping and tariff costs, we are unable to accept returns from outside the EU or Japan at this time.

Our Pre-Order service offers you the opportunity to receive a made-to-measure piece tailored specifically for you, while supporting a more responsible approach to fashion production.

Each item is crafted on demand, helping to reduce overproduction and textile waste, and ensuring thoughtful, sustainable creation.

The lead time for Pre-Order items is approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the design and production schedule.
There are no additional fees for our made-to-measure service.
